Return policy 

Every effort is taken to ensure that every order is fulfilled to our customers standards. 

in the effort that an order is not correct or there is some issue with an order we will work with our customers to find a resolve. that being said there is certain obligations that must be meet in order to ensure that an order go seamlessly  and our customers needs are meet.  

  • if you are not sure if a product is right for you or your needs please feel free to call us at the shop (888) 539-2409 so we can help you pick the right item. if the shop is closed you can also message us on facebook. we are always available to help our customers. 

  • there is absolutely NO returns on any custom made products. This includes but not limited to rims and body parts or any " ONE OFF" item. Please remember we are a custom shop and a lot of the products we have are made by our manufacturers on a by order Basis. 

  • There is NO returns on any electronic parts or audio equipment. 

  • no returns on any installed parts 


if in the event a part is ordered wrong by our customers and it doesnt fall into any of the above guidelines there is a re-stock fee of 15% of the item price, shipping in not refundable.

Exchanges for the right product will always be tried first. 


before any money can be refunded or exchanged happen we must get the original product back with All original packaging. 

All refunds for online orders are done by check. Once items are received a refund check will be mailed within 3-5 days.
